Brad Biddle
Prior to founding Biddle Law PC in 2015, Brad led Intel Corporation's SIGs and Standards Practice Group. He began his career at Cooley LLP, was VP and GC for MP3.com, and founded a non-profit and a tech start-up. He is a Faculty Fellow with ASU's Center for Law, Science and Innovation. See: bio and CV.
Vigdis Bronder
Formerly an associate at Weil Gotshal and in-house counsel at NBCUniversal Media and WW International, Vigdis brings sophisticated intellectual property and corporate expertise to the firm. A Columbia Law School alum, she founded Viking Law LLC prior to joining Biddle Law PC in 2017. See: bio.
Ann Armstrong
Ann joined the firm in an Of Counsel role in 2021. She previously was a Vice President in the Law and Policy Group at Intel Corporation (where she was Brad’s direct manager when he served as Standards Counsel). Prior to her Intel role Ann was an attorney at Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle and at Lane Powell PC in Portland. Ann brings to BLPC deep substantive expertise on the law and policy of technology standards, a sophisticated understanding of technology industry dynamics, and extensive experience working with tech industry leaders at the most senior levels.
John Weathers
John joined BLPC in 2024. He brings deep experience advising semiconductor and software businesses on a broad range of legal issues. His legal career began in 2000 at the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher with a focus on M&A, corporate and securities law, and technology licensing. John also is an Intel alum; at Intel he directly supported the mobile, wireless, datacenter and client CPU businesses, often taking a lead role in creating and participating in industry groups and open-source software projects. His most recent role was Legal Director for Intel’s Foundry Services business.

FIRM OPERATIONS
John Benner
John manages all aspects of firm operations, including finance and human resources. He also designs and maintains a sophisticated set of research-oriented databases for the firm, and manages and supports client-facing applications and internal systems. John began his career in Internal Audit for Teledyne. He migrated into Information Systems with them and later Toshiba, eventually landing as a freelancer, focusing on systems integrations, workflow and remote workforce applications. He joined Biddle Law PC in 2018.
